Welcome to Rancho del Lago
“Why have so many people bought horses from you?”
A ranch visitor once asked us that. Our answer was simple: because they found exactly what they wanted — good horses at fair prices.
Rancho del Lago sits in the countryside of McDade, Texas, about 35 miles east of Austin. We specialize in the Pure Spanish Andalusian — Pura Raza Española — and Andalusian crosses, and we offer a competitive foal crop every spring from our award-winning stallions and mares.
Give us a call or stop by for a visit. We would love to talk horses with you.

In their words
This amazing horse has done everything I have ever asked her to do. Dressage? Sure thing. Hunter/jumper? No problem. Halter? Sporthorse in hand? You got it. Even birthday party pony! She is smart, gentle, sweet, sensitive, talented, and gives the best kisses!
